How to easily apply fan emblems

Installed correctly, Fan Emblems will stay on until you decide to remove them.

  • CLEAN SURFACE

    For best results, surface must be clean, dry and free of dust, grease, oil and wax. Clean area with an alcohol or spirit based cleaner, and buff dry with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth.

  • IN COLD WEATHER

    Use a hair dryer to gently heat the surface of the car and the back of the emblem until they are both warm to the touch. No need to overheat, just enough to warm and soften the adhesive. This allows the adhesive to get good adhesion faster.

  • PREPARE EMBLEM

    Remove backing paper from the back of the Fan Emblem, being careful not to touch the adhesive.

  • POSITION EMBLEM

    Lightly position the Fan Emblem in place. Press down firmly onto the surface. Use firm, even finger pressure, working from the cente outwards.

  • ENJOY

    Stand back and admire the sight.

How to remove fan emblems

Fan Emblems are genuine automotive quality so they’re designed to stay on, but if you ever need to remove your Fan Emblem, here is the easiest way:

  • SOFTEN ADHESIVE

    Soften adhesive by gently heating the emblem with a hair dryer.

  • LIFT ONE EDGE

    Immediately work to lift one edge, then slowly peel the emblem away from the surface.

  • CLEAN SURFACE

    Remove any residue with a clean, soft cloth and an alcohol or spirit based cleaner.
